Room Hire

HIRE OUR ROOMS AT HELIOS FOR THERAPIES OR GROUPS

Our rooms are available for regular and ad hoc bookings. Massage couches can be used in all rooms. Towels and linen are also available.

Room 1 is 8.5 sq metres (and can take 2 people – particularly suited for counselling/psychotherapy)
Room 2 is 13 sq metres (and can take up to 6 people) – this room has an electric massage/treatment couch
Room 3 is 13 sq metres (and can take up to 6 people)
Room 4 is 13 sq metres (and can take up to 6 people)
Group Room is 39 sq metres and can take up to 12 people for classes such as yoga, and up to 25 for talks/workshops.
Room Rates
Rooms 1-4 is £14 per hour, paid in advance for 1:1 sessions or £20 for group use.
Group Room is £30 per hour, £70 for evenings, £150 for half a day and £220 for a full day.

Concessions may be available for non-profit or charitable groups

Rooms are available from 9.30am – 9pm. £5 extra for earlier access.
Charges apply from the time of access to the time of leaving.
We do not provide reception cover at weekends, so you group leaders/therapists will need to make their own arrangements for answering the door etc. Rooms need to be left tidy, rubbish thrown away and any washing up done in the kitchen.
Hirers must complete a booking form to confirm the letting arrangements and agree to the terms.
