Room Hire

HIRE OUR ROOMS AT HELIOS FOR THERAPIES OR GROUPS

We are now taking bookings for therapy rooms and group room for our new centre in Holborn which opened in January 2026. Our rooms are available for regular and ad hoc bookings. Massage couches are available and can be used in all rooms. An electric couch is available in one room,

We try to keep our rates low and will give priority to therapists providing affordable treatments.

Charges apply from the time of access to the time of leaving.
We do not provide reception cover at weekends, so group leaders/therapists will need to make their own arrangements for answering the door etc. Rooms need to be left tidy, rubbish thrown away and any washing up done in the kitchen.
Hirers must complete a booking form to confirm the letting arrangements and agree to the terms.

Interested? – Please contact us providing us the details about your therapy/activity. You will also need to provide copies of qualifications and indemnity insurance. We will then invite you to meet us and to view the rooms

Therapy rooms:

Five therapy rooms are available for hire.

Rooms one and two are mainly used for physical therapies like therapeutic massage and acupuncture, Room 3 is a small talking therapy room, Room 4 is multipurpose and has a electric couch. Room 5 is a larger carpeted room suitable for therapies that don’t use oils or needles as well as for small groups.

£15 per hour (ad hoc)

Use of towells and oil is subject to a small additional charge.

Group Rooms:

Our large group room is 8.5m x 4.6 approx and has an oak timber floor.

Price: £35 per hour (2 hours minimum)

£140 half day (up to 4 hours)

£240 full day (up to 9 hours)

£100 evening

Our small group room (room 5) is 6.5m x 4m (max) with a carpeted floor.

Price: £25 per hour (2 hours minimum)

£80 half day (up to 4 hours)

£140 full day (up to 9 hours)

£60 evening

New Centre in Holborn - room hire available from January 2026

Only 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube, our new centre has been refurbished to a high standard to provide a large group room and 5 therapy rooms, one of which can be used as a small group room.
